Our mission
RoleCamp exists to upskill people for the new AI workforce. The tools changed faster than the job descriptions did, and most people are being asked to do work nobody has trained them for yet. We build the training.
Everything here is organised around a role rather than a technology. You start with a Quick Lesson — ten minutes, one idea, one quiz — and go deeper only when the work actually calls for it. No prerequisites, nothing to install, and the whole thing runs in your browser.

Everything I’ve built has been a learning product — audio microlearning, vernacular K-12, continuing medical education for doctors, German language learning, live cohorts. Now AI skills.
In between, I spent three years as founding product manager at The Media Ant, India’s largest media buying marketplace, where revenue grew from ₹60 crore to ₹400 crore. I built the ERP behind 3,000+ campaigns and cut ad planning from three days to one hour.
Before that: a vernacular K-12 platform at Asiaville — zero to MVP in four months, 15K downloads in a month, ₹20 lakh in two. A short-form audio learning app in eight Indian languages. And as a consultant, learning businesses built end to end — platform, content and growth — for medical education, language learning and live cohorts.
Most recently Ziovy, an AI-native Shopify app that reached 100+ merchants.
I started as a developer. The shift that changed my career was moving from “how do I build this?” to “why are we building this?”
Now I’m building RoleCamp. AI is creating job titles faster than anyone can teach them — Forward Deployed Product Manager didn’t exist eighteen months ago and companies are already hiring for it. We map these roles as they emerge and build the curriculum for them, one role at a time.
The goal is bigger than any single role: getting India’s workforce ready for the next generation of work.
